For some reason, someone deleted all of the comments on the site. My question was if this is FULL FEATURED and NON RESTRICTIVE program?? Site lists it as being "Time Limited" according the comparison chart. Is that correct? Its a watered down version

It is full featured and non restrictive, except that there is no free update and technical support.
Time Limited simply means this giveaway is time limited, which does not mean that you cannot use it there after.

be able to validate using the info given but the form will not accept the license you supply.

I sucessfully downloaded the program but it doesn't open. It says it will run on Mac OS X Tiger. What gives?

For some reason the program won't open on my Mac running OS X Tiger. I would like to try it but I'm uncertain as to how to proceed. I did download it a second time but the resluts were the same.
